G. C. is a company dedicated to the distribution and marketing of tools, hardware, plumbing fixtures, plumbing supplies, and valves in Mexico. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. Our flagship brands are SOLVEX (plumbing fixtures) and FUMETAX (tools). Requirements: * Prior sales experience, preferably in the hardware and plumbing fixtures sector. * EXISTING CLIENT PORTFOLIO (active or reactivatable in the market). * Experience working with wholesale clients (preferred). * Willingness to travel frequently and cover various geographic areas as required by the job. * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (preferred). * Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software. * Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of hardware and plumbing fixture products, including technical specifications, benefits, and applications. Responsibilities: * Identify and seek out new potential customers. * Prospect clients (distributors). * Manage the full sales cycle (negotiation, collections, client visits, follow-ups, and closing sales). * Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve established targets. * Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. * Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. * Efficiently plan sales routes and visits to maximize time and resources. Skills: * Ability to communicate ideas and products clearly and persuasively. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. * In-depth knowledge of the products sold, including technical features and benefits (expertise in hardware and plumbing fixtures). * Understand and empathize with customers’ needs and concerns. * Deliver customized solutions that meet customers’ requirements.
