Position Summary: This role involves prospecting, advising, and closing sales for pest control services, alongside operational and administrative duties to ensure service execution and client satisfaction. Ability to sell value and analyze information **Office Address:** Lomas Estrella Second Section (behind Lomas Estrella metro station) ***Position Objective*** To prospect, advise, and close sales for pest control services, while also participating in operational and administrative activities that ensure proper service delivery and customer satisfaction. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Prospecting new clients (field and/or digital channels) * Visiting clients to identify needs and gather information * Preparing quotations, reports, and commercial documents * Following up with prospects until deal closure * Managing and following up with the active client portfolio * Involvement in operational / technical tasks * Participation in administrative activities ***Required Experience*** * Minimum 2 years in service sales (intangible services) * Field prospecting experience * Client follow-up and sales closing experience ***Key Skills*** * Strong verbal communication and client interaction skills * Ability to **probe and identify client needs** * Results-oriented mindset * Ability to sell value (not compete solely on price) * Organizational and follow-up skills * **Ability to analyze information and documents** * Effective written communication ***Requirements*** * Education: Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Computer operation skills * Flexible working hours * Willingness to travel (travel allowances provided for out-of-town trips) ***Work Modality*** * 50% office / 50% field work * Field visits using company vehicle * Visits to active clients and prospects * Accompaniment by technical and/or administrative staff ***We Offer*** * Base salary \+ uncapped commissions * Statutory benefits * Work tools * Training on services and industry operations Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Company phone * Free uniforms Education: * Incomplete or ongoing bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
