**JOB OPENING | Junior Designer** We are a hardware company specializing in the distribution of tools (B2B) with over 30 years of presence in the Mexican market. We are continuously growing to expand our brand recognition nationwide, serving both B2B and B2C customers. We are seeking a Junior Designer to contribute to this growth by performing essential functions within the Design and Advertising Department. **Job Description:** Assist and contribute to activities in the Marketing and Advertising Department, participating in visual projects and gaining knowledge from senior team members. **Key Responsibilities and Activities:** * Responsible for capturing, editing, and uploading product photographs to the company website. * Design advertisements, certificates, technical datasheets, and other graphic materials using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. * Create visually appealing images aligned with the brand’s style. * Monitor new products to identify requirements for photography, advertising, or technical documentation. * Archive and manage design files. * Support website updates. * Design packaging and technical materials following applicable guidelines and standards. * Generate creative ideas and support internal projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (graduated or nearing completion). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a junior designer or intern. * Software proficiency: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office (Excel is mandatory), email marketing platform (Mailchimp); Premiere Pro/After Effects (preferred). * Intermediate English proficiency. **Competencies:** * Prior experience in a hardware company or familiarity with tools (preferred). * Self-critical and receptive to feedback. * Trained eye with strong attention to detail. * Sound judgment for decision-making. * Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and contribute creative, functional ideas. * Results-oriented mindset. * Capable of planning and organizing projects to meet deadlines and deliverables. * Strong writing and spelling skills (preferred). * Integrity and commitment. * Creativity and proactivity. * Flexibility and positive attitude.
