Vendor management and inventory control HOSPITAL HALTUS SEEKING GENERAL SERVICES MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE AS CLEANING OR LAUNDRY MANAGER, PREFERABLY IN HOSPITALS, HOTELS, OR SERVICE COMPANIES. EDUCATION: INCOMPLETE OR COMPLETED BACHELOR'S DEGREE. PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT. WORK UNDER PRESSURE. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. KNOWLEDGE OF HOSPITAL CLEANING TECHNIQUES. INTERACTION WITH VENDORS RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop the annual deep-cleaning program and support, within its scope, the situational diagnosis. Compile and safeguard the managerial file, including documents related to services provided by external vendors (RPBI collection, municipal solid waste, pest control, disinfection, etc.), as well as service orders, material delivery vouchers, cleaning logs, and deep-cleaning logs, etc. Supervise the proper execution of cleaning and deep-cleaning activities across all institutional areas. Supervise timely and appropriate supply of linens, sanitary items, toilet paper, soap, alcohol-based hand sanitizer, etc., and ensure their proper usage. Maintain inventory control. Supervise that all documents evidencing daily operational activities are completed accurately and on time. Assign rooms.
