Candidates must possess technical knowledge in civil engineering and/or architecture, as well as prior experience in construction management. The role entails ensuring that construction proceeds in strict accordance with the design plans, while meeting established quality, safety, and schedule standards—and effectively coordinating multidisciplinary work teams. **Required Skills and Knowledge.** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (degree required). * Prior experience: 2–4 years in architectural and interior design. * Must have a **personal vehicle**. **Key Activities and Responsibilities.** * **Drawing Interpretation:** Interpret construction drawings on-site and make necessary adjustments to plans according to project requirements, thereby ensuring smooth and uninterrupted execution. * **Supervision:** Actively and continuously monitor construction progress, ensuring accurate implementation of drawings and specifications. * **Coordination:** Coordinate and lead work teams—including contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and technical staff—to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks. * **Quality Control:** Ensure adherence to established quality standards through periodic inspections, verifying appropriate material usage and compliance with correct construction procedures. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all construction activities comply with tower regulations as well as safety requirements. * **Communication and Reporting:** Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, providing regular progress reports, identifying potential deviations, and proposing solutions. * **Risk Management:** Identify potential risks and issues during construction and implement preventive or corrective measures to mitigate their impact on the project. **Required Knowledge:** * AutoCAD * Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building techniques. **Desired Competencies:** * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Flexibility to work non-standard hours as required by project needs. **Diversity and Inclusion at DIP Architects.** At DIP Architects, we believe human dignity and respect for every individual are fundamental to our timely and healthy development within society.
