WE ARE SEEKING: **BRANCH MANAGER** Requirements: * Age: 30–45 years * Gender: Unrestricted Skills: * Teamwork * Leadership * Interest in sales * Customer service * Proactivity Knowledge: * Experience in construction materials, hardware stores, or related fields * Aspel SAE system (Cumple POS) * Proficiency in Excel * Workplace equipment * Personnel management Responsibilities: * Coordination and supervision of the branch’s various departments: Administration, Production, Operations, and Marketing. * Financial resource management * Scheduling deliveries and logistics for vehicles * Customer portfolio control and management * Close collaboration with Commercial Advisors * Coordination with business operations to achieve established targets Job Objectives: * Focus on point-of-sale profitability and profitability * Reduction of staff turnover * Reduction of delivery times * Optimization of operational expenses Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 08:00–18:00 hrs * Saturday: 08:00–15:00 hrs Salary: $13,000–$14,000 monthly, depending on qualifications + Productivity Bonuses + Sales Commission Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $13,000.00–$14,000.00 per month Experience: * Personnel administration: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
