




**Insurance industry professional** is seeking to add an Administrative Assistant to their team, responsible for supporting daily portfolio management, customer service, and administrative policy control. This position is aimed at **individuals with insurance experience, a high level of organization, and a service-oriented mindset.** **Key responsibilities:** * Customer, insured, and administrative request follow-up. * Policy documentation control, safeguarding, and updating. * Portfolio administration and support in renewal processes. * Calendar coordination and direct operational business support. * Use of digital tools for internal control and communication. **Candidate requirements:** * Degree in Administration, Finance, or related field (completed or in progress). * **Minimum 6 months of experience** in administrative roles within the insurance sector. * Basic knowledge of Life and/or Major Medical Insurance. * Proficiency in Office suite and collaborative tools (Drive, Teams, Zoom); Canva experience preferred. * Focus on order, follow-up, and customer service. **Offer:** * On-site work arrangement with potential hybrid modality based on performance. * Full-time schedule Monday through Friday, **9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Monthly salary of **$13,000 gross plus variable compensation.** * Work tools and travel allowances included. * Work location: CDMX, northern corporate area **(Torre Carso).** * Candidates with prior insurance experience are encouraged to apply to learn more about the position and selection process.
