




Position Summary: Professional in Agronomy or Biological Sciences to lead and manage agricultural projects, with a focus on plant physiology, crop management, and sustainability. Proficiency in plant physiology and design of agronomic plans ***Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Biological Sciences, or related field.*** **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in the physiological processes of major cultivated plant species and their implications for commercial production in response to environmental conditions and agronomic management. * Design and implementation of agronomic production plans, crop management, and fertilization. * Pest control techniques. * Maintenance of gardens and irrigation systems. Design and implementation of agronomic production plans, crop management, and fertilization. * Development of operational schedules and field-level monitoring of agricultural activities. * Ensuring compliance with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and sustainability standards. * Team supervision and leadership * Coordination, training, and supervision of agricultural technicians and extension agents. * Ability to solve problems and make decisions in the field * Familiarity with phenological profiles of annual and perennial crops and their relationship with crop climatic requirements, such as heat units, chilling hours, etc. Knowledge of statistical models and simulation techniques to predict potential risk scenarios * Preparation of agronomic reports for decision-making. * Innovation and digital tools **Experience:** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in agronomic management and direct work with producers. * Experience in managing technical teams and developing agricultural projects.
