





**Position: Administrative Assistant - Purchasing** **What will be your purpose in this role?** You will provide administrative support to the Foreign Trade department, performing key tasks such as managing, organizing commercial documentation (invoices, PL, shipments), and responding to internal requests. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Basic knowledge of Customs Law, LIGIE. * Knowledge of INCOTERMS and shipping methods (FCL, LCL, LTL, LCL). * Basic knowledge in cost analysis, delivery times, and price comparisons. * Tracking shipments and maintaining physical and digital import and export records. * Ensuring proper invoicing from transportation providers, Forwarders, and AA. * Basic knowledge of shipping goods via courier services. * Supplier search and quotation. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools for reports and analysis. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, or related field (completed studies or graduated). * 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Basic knowledge of Purchasing and Supply processes. * Basic/intermediate level in Excel and Office suite. * Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and service attitude. **We offer:** * Statutory and additional benefits * Job stability and opportunities for growth Job type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site position
