




An educational institution in Guadalajara is seeking: **Training and Organizational Development Manager** **\*Requirements:** * Professional degree in education, training, or related fields. * Certification as a trainer issued by the Ministry of Labor (desirable but not mandatory). * **Creativity** in developing formats and instructional materials. **Experience in:** * Training Needs Assessment (TNA). * Developing annual training plans and training matrices. * Designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs from inception. * Preparing operational manuals and instructional materials. * Workplace climate and performance evaluations. * Implementing and monitoring NOM-035. **Availability** to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **\*Key Responsibilities:** · Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs. · **Design, deliver, and evaluate onboarding, technical training, and soft skills courses.** · Coordinate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and courses (in-person and/or virtual). · Conduct and follow up on Training Needs Assessments (TNAs). · Develop action plans derived from performance and workplace climate evaluations. · Develop and promote organizational culture and cultural change programs. · Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department. · Prepare monthly training outcome reports. · Manage procedures and requirements with the Ministry of Labor. · Organize internal recognition events (birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.). **\*We Offer:** * **MXN $16,000 gross monthly salary** (before taxes) * Statutory benefits * Free gym access * Savings fund * Transportation assistance (details provided during interview) Employment type: Full-time Salary: MXN $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Gym services Work location: On-site
