Identify questions, concerns, or resistance, and follow up with patience and empathy. Organize informational sessions, onboarding activities, training programs, or workshops. Track project progress and keep involved departments informed. Support leaders so they can effectively guide their teams through change processes. Develop leaders. Document activities, learnings, and outcomes. **Requirements** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Psychology, Communications, Public Relations, Industrial Relations, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in change management, training, projects, integration activities, team building, or organizing integration events. Strong verbal and written communication skills, passion for working with people, extroverted, positive.
