By joining us as a **Human Resources People Partner.** **Position Objective:** Collaborate closely with departmental leaders to understand business needs and provide effective, strategic HR-focused solutions. From hiring through separation, the People Partner ensures a smooth and fulfilling employee lifecycle while fostering a positive, performance-driven organizational culture. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee and support all stages of the employee lifecycle—from hiring to separation—ensuring a positive experience and continuous development. * Facilitate resolution of workplace conflicts, support performance management, and provide constructive feedback to employees and leaders. * Use data and metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, and propose evidence-based solutions to improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. * Drive organizational change and promote a positive corporate culture by implementing programs and policies that foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being. * Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and matters—including professional development, conflict resolution, job performance, and organizational development. * Facilitate effective communication between employees and senior leadership, as well as across different teams within the organization. **Candidate Profile** - Prior HR experience, preferably in consulting or collaborative roles with senior leadership. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams. - Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations. - Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. **Education:** Minimum high school diploma (mandatory) Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred) **Conversational English (Mandatory)** **What We Offer:** * Base Salary: MXN $35,000–$45,000 (gross) * Vacation days exceeding statutory requirements * Hybrid work model * Wellness Bonus: MXN $10,000 * Education Bonus: MXN $10,000 * Annual Productivity Bonus * Opportunity to help build a new, innovative company. * Professional growth and development * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life Insurance * Statutory Benefits #teamsoporte Employment Type: Full-time Salary: MXN $35,000.00–$45,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life Insurance Language: * Advanced English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
