





**Job Description:** Hotel Comfort Inn Monterrey Norte is seeking a passionate Employee Trainer dedicated to human talent development. The selected candidate will receive internal training to become familiar with our processes and will be responsible for training all newly hired staff, conveying our service standards, organizational culture, and operational protocols—ensuring each employee begins with the necessary tools to deliver excellent service. Responsibilities: * Deliver **onboarding and initial training programs** to newly hired staff. * Teach processes and standards for each hotel department (e.g., front desk, food and beverage, etc.). * Evaluate the performance of new employees and provide constructive feedback. * Develop supporting training materials and quick-reference guides. * Motivate, guide, and support staff throughout their integration process. Requirements: * Age: 25–35 years. * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field. * Experience in training, teaching, or coaching—preferably within the hospitality industry. * Hospitality industry experience is not mandatory (training will be provided). * Excellent communication, leadership, and motivation skills.
