Main Responsibilities Execute and follow up on requests for creation, modification, and deactivation of positions and departments.\* Validate that system changes are replicated in HCM.\* Complete and submit the mass upload layout to the support desk.\* Follow up and resolve attribute harmonization of positions between the system and HCM. Candidate Profile Knowledge in Administration or Engineering.\* Experience in workforce administration, organizational charts.\* Knowledge of Human Capital processes.\* Proficiency in HCM and/or SuccessFactors.
