Personal skill development and continuous training Job Objective Promote our products on the sales floor, deliver outstanding customer service and attention, exceeding our customers’ expectations. Main Responsibilities Responsible for updating prices and promotions of our products. * Responsible for cleaning and displaying motorcycles. * Knowledgeable about our products and current promotions, and staying up to date. * Prepare quotations and invite customers to make purchases on credit. * Maximize motorcycle sales. * Seek new customers outside the store (events and promotions). * Update the daily customer prospecting report. Candidate Profile Experience: 2 years in sales and customer service. * Skills: Customer service, sales, customer prospecting, negotiation techniques, effective communication, identification of customer needs, persuasive ability, empathy, and teamwork Value Proposition Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year, increasing according to seniority. \*Working Conditions: Schedule from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off.
