Customer service and negotiation techniques Job Objective Promote our products on the sales floor, provide attentive and excellent service, exceeding our customers’ expectations. Main Responsibilities Responsible for updating product prices and promotions. * Responsible for cleaning and displaying motorcycles. * Knowledgeable about products and current promotions, and staying updated. * Prepare quotations and invite customers to purchase on credit. * Maximize motorcycle sales. * Prospect new customers outside the point of sale (e.g., events and promotions). * Update the daily customer prospecting report. Candidate Profile Experience: 2 years in sales and customer service. * Skills: Customer service, sales, customer prospecting, negotiation techniques, effective communication, identification of customer needs, persuasive ability, empathy, and teamwork Value Proposition Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year, increasing with seniority. \*Working Conditions: Schedule from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off.
