Job Summary: Promote products, provide excellent customer service, and maximize motorcycle sales by acquiring new customers and keeping information up to date. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotion and sale of products on the sales floor and at external events 2. Responsible for motorcycle display and cleaning 3. Personal skill development and continuous training Job Objective Promote our products on the sales floor, deliver service and attention that exceeds our customers’ expectations. Main Responsibilities Responsible for updating prices and promotions of our products. * Responsible for motorcycle cleaning and display. * Knowledgeable about our products and current promotions, and remain updated. * Prepare quotations and invite customers to purchase on credit. * Maximize motorcycle sales. * Acquire new customers outside the point of sale (events and promotions). * Update the daily customer prospecting report. Candidate Profile Experience: 2 years in sales and customer service. * Skills: Customer service, sales, customer prospecting, negotiation techniques, effective communication, identification of customer needs, persuasive ability, empathy, and teamwork Value Proposition Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year, increasing according to seniority. \*Working Conditions: Schedule from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off.
