The person in this position will be responsible for: * Creating items, categories, and suppliers * Communicating with suppliers and warehouses to track orders * Monitoring pending orders * Entering purchase orders and invoices * Requesting advance payments and tracking supplier payments Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Commercial Relations * Experience as a purchasing assistant * Intermediate Excel skills * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm * Work location: a few minutes from Metrobus Buenavista, Cuauhtémoc We offer: * Gross monthly salary: $12,500 * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers after 3 months * Discount on our products * Additional benefits If you are interested in applying for this vacancy, please share your details with us and we will contact you shortly.
