




Position Summary: We are seeking a Network and Telecommunications Administrator to supervise and implement network, telecommunications, IT, and telephony systems, coordinate work teams, and resolve technical issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation of network and telecommunications systems. 2. Coordinate and organize work teams across multiple projects. 3. Extensive experience in advanced configuration of routers, firewalls, and switches. SISSA, a leading Mexican company in electronic security and cutting-edge automation systems, is looking for a NETWORK AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS ADMINISTRATOR Education: BACHELOR’S DEGREE/ENGINEERING IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, COMPUTER SYSTEMS, ELECTRONICS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS (DEGREE AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSE REQUIRED) Supervise and execute the implementation of network, telecommunications, IT, and telephony systems. Cisco-certified with extensive experience (advanced configuration of routers, firewalls, and switches); CCNA certified. Required Knowledge: * Analysis of solutions for networks, telecommunications, IT, telephony, and radiofrequency. * Network design and configuration. * Architecture design. * Sizing of network and telecommunications systems. * Implementation, testing, and commissioning of systems. * Development of executive project plans. * Preparation of technical proposals. * Coordination and organization of assigned work teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure proper planning and execution of multiple projects. * Supervision of project progress at various project sites. * Resolution of technical issues arising during project execution. * Consolidation of progress reports for multiple projects. * Implementation of the risk mitigation plan. * Review and implementation of proposals and/or projects delivered by the pre-sales department. * Technical case follow-up with vendors. * Compilation of project close-out folders and technical records. * Review and analysis of technical annexes and tender documents. * Validation of equipment, supplies, materials, and tools required for execution of multiple projects. * Vendor service provider follow-up. * Execution of planned activities. * Creation, control, monitoring, and updating of the work plan presentation. * Ensuring smooth transition from implementation to operations for multiple projects. * Generation and safeguarding of information provided by multiple projects. * Scheduling of implementation and supervision visits for multiple projects. * Review and compilation of technical compliance matrices. * Knowledge transfer to operations teams and end users. * Provision of technical documentation required for closing multiple projects. * Execution of acceptance and compliance testing protocols. Knowledge in: * IT infrastructure. * Data center networks. * Voice and data networks (Access, Distribution, Core, WAN, security). * WLAN networks, controllers, and access points. * Cybersecurity (equipment and policies). * Virtualization. * Operating systems. * Linux- and Windows-based servers. * Network configuration (advanced configuration of routers, firewalls, and switches). * IP telephony. * Call Manager telephony system. * UTP structured cabling. * Conduit and structured cabling standards. * Fiber optics. * Reading and interpretation of network topologies and single-line diagrams. * Communication protocols. * Advanced network troubleshooting. * Proficiency in using structured cabling and fiber optic equipment.
