Ensuring full delivery of requested services and protocols. **Totalplay is seeking a Delivery Leader in La Otra Banda – Coyoacán, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ At **Totalplay**, we are looking for a **Delivery Leader** whose objective is to coordinate and monitor the implementation and delivery of business services in accordance with established processes and SLAs. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate delivery of internet, video, and telephony services via fiber optic and microwave technologies. * Coordinate with integrators or vendors to ensure timely and proper delivery of security and switching services. * Coordinate with vendors regarding feasibility assessments, execution of modifications, and administrative procedures related to vendor payments. * Coordinate and monitor, jointly with the district, the construction of external plant infrastructure. * Coordinate and monitor equipment/material requisitions, their transportation, and delivery to vendors/crews. * Ensure full delivery of services and protocols requested by the customer. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in service delivery management, dispatch supervision, or Junior Project Management within the telecommunications sector. **Value Proposition** * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, and a 15-day Christmas bonus per year. * Working conditions: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. * Work location: Totalplay Corporate Office, Av.
