We have grown year after year and are now seeking a pre-sales engineering consultant specialist in Document Management Systems (DMS) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions for our team in CDMX, based at our Coyoacán offices. **Why Work With Us?** We are a multicultural team, people-centered and people-focused—where you’ll find: * Personal and professional growth opportunities at the Latam level. * Operational freedom, managerial support, and full openness. * Adherence to processes and best practices such as ITIL, ISO, Agile methodologies, or any others that enhance the experience of team members. * Labs, research and development of new services, plus at least two certifications per year. **Our Offer** We prioritize continuous training for our team, achieving a healthy work-life balance, and fostering an attractive work environment characterized by substantial growth, stability, and support: * **Compensation**: MXN 40,000–50,000 gross monthly, direct hire, 100% nominal, statutory benefits and above-market perks. \+ Bonuses tied to KPI achievement. * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work Location**: Hybrid (remote and Coyoacán offices) **What We’re Looking For?** * 2–3 years of experience as: Solutions Consultant, Solutions Pre-sales, Engineering Manager / Delivery Manager, Pre-sales Lead, Technical Pre-sales Lead, Solution Specialist, Solutions Expert, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, Pre-sales Consultant, Solutions & Pre-sales Architect, Pre-sales Engineering. * 3 years of experience with Document Management Systems (DMS) or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions such as: M\-File, Docuware, Alfresco, OpenText, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Athento, Zapier, etc. * 3 years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting platforms including: Workflow/BPMN design for process automation; taxonomy, metadata, and document retention policy definition; knowledge of archival standards and legal regulations (e.g., GDPR, local compliance). * 2–3 years of conceptual architecture design experience, foundational knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling, APIs, connectors, and scripting languages for integration (e.g., Python, REST APIs). * Knowledge of OCR (Optical Character Recognition), AI for classification, ERPs/CRMs (SAP, Salesforce), and Microsoft 365 Copilot for application integration. * 2 years of experience in conceptual architecture design, project estimation and sizing, proposal development, etc. Ability to develop technical proposals, solutions, conceptual architectures, demos, PoCs, PoEs, etc. Experience developing proposals, SOWs (Statement of Work), RFIs, RFPs, tenders, etc. * Understanding of licensing models and vendor/partner/wholesaler relationship management. * Training & Enablement: Train sales teams and customers on solutions and products, ensuring correct implementation and usage. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education (incomplete) **Desired Experience Level:** Entry-level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Software Development / Programming **Skills:** * DMS ECM document management * SQL NoSQL database API * ERP document processes * Pre-sales demo processes * 365 PoC RFI RFP proposal *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69af63393200003000646212\&source\=indeed
