Main Responsibilities Use and implementation of Business Intelligence and analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, SAS). \* Automation of collection monitoring reports (Preventive, Contact Center, Field Collection, Legal Collection). \* Development of technical campaign documentation for Champion-to-Challenge initiatives and reporting of results. \* Presentation of results and monitoring of KPIs. \* Support for business analytics in the collections domain, forecasting and scenario prediction, and timely recommendation of actions.
