




**QUALITAS is seeking a Call Center Executive in Puente El Yaqui – Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **A leading insurance company is looking for your talent as a Call Center Executive.** **Work location:** Puente El Yaqui, Cuajimalpa. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ### **Responsibilities** Handling calls related to portfolio management, collections, or new business. Capturing and validating information provided by customers. Following up on calls, collection processes, and policy implementation.
