





### **About the Position** * **Work Schedule** Full time * **Contract Type** Fixed-term or project-based contract * **Salary** $20,000 (Monthly) **Position Objective** Supervise compliance with regulations and internal policies related to industrial safety, occupational health, and the environment, both in office and field settings, ensuring safe working conditions and adherence to applicable regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate SSMA personnel to ensure compliance with client-required regulations. * Prepare activity reports for the SSMA department or Operations Management. * Train staff on SSMA topics. * Implement and supervise preventive measures to mitigate unsafe conditions. **Essential Knowledge** * Mexican Official Standards (NOM) * First aid: wounds, fractures, burns, CPR, etc. * Confined spaces * Electrical safety and fire fighting * Work permit system for high-risk tasks * Gas detection (explosimeter, oxygen, toxicity) * Globally Harmonized System (GHS) * Rescue techniques and scaffolding assembly **Required Education** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Industrial Safety, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety, Civil Protection, Emergency Management, or a related field. **Required Experience** * Minimum of 2 years in roles such as SSMA Coordinator, Field Civil Works Supervisor, or similar positions. **Skills and Competencies** * Personnel management * Negotiation * Results-oriented * Assertive information handling * Proactivity * Professional ethics * Initiative * Service attitude **Working Conditions** * **Net monthly salary**: $20,000.00 MXN * **Work schedule**: 20 days worked, 8 days off * **Willingness to travel** (all **expenses paid**) * **Contract:** Fixed-term with possibility of permanent hiring **Statutory Benefits** * IMSS registration from the first day * Vacation days and vacation bonus according to the Federal Labor Law * Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) * Infonavit and Fonacot benefits * Afore Candidates residing in Cuernavaca, Temixco, or Emiliano Zapata may apply.
