A leading company in the hydrocarbon sector is seeking talent for its Industrial Safety / SASISOPA area **Position:** Industrial Safety Supervisor \- SASISOPA **Location:** Matamoros, Tamps **Experience and knowledge:** * \+5 years of experience in SASISOPA compliance * \+5 years of experience in a similar position (not managers/supervisors) * Conduct emergency drill scenarios * Respond appropriately to emergency response situations and perform supervision tasks according to the Emergency Response Plan * Supervise maintenance activities and projects from a safety perspective * Manage and maintain statistics of work permits issued * Prepare work permits and implement them with personnel * Know and understand different types of risk analysis methodologies * Understand and lead root cause investigations and their methodologies * Be familiar with risk analyses in the hydrocarbon sector * Have knowledge and have participated in the implementation program of SASISOPA * Know and have implemented compliance programs for STPS regulations * Be aware of regulations applicable to the hydrocarbon sector related to the environment * Know and have participated in waste management in the hydrocarbon sector * Be familiar with regulations applicable to the hydrocarbon sector regarding water usage **Requirements:** Industrial, Petroleum, Electromechanical, Chemical or related Engineering degree (Degree and Professional License) Intermediate \- Advanced English Availability to reside in Matamoros, Tamps **Salary and Benefits:** Salary: $50,000 \- $55,000 Gross (Before taxes) Benefits exceeding legal requirements (Medical expense insurance, dental plan, vision plan, cafeteria, uniforms, etc...)
