Company dedicated to the sale/distribution of Vehicle Natural Gas · FUNCTIONS....Ensure customer satisfaction regarding service received across various areas of the natural gas service station · Increase the average transaction value of customers currently refueling with the company · Increase the number of customers refueling with the company. · Maintain constant contact with customers to ensure they receive excellent service. · Engage with as many customers as possible to inform them about our services and promotions. · Appropriately channel customer requests. · Promote the company’s services and products at locations near the service station (e.g., bases, car washes, etc.). · Verify that attendants greet and bid farewell to customers in a friendly manner. Remind attendants to provide courtesy services to customers (e.g., window cleaning, application of fragrance, etc.).
