Position Summary: We are seeking a Superintendent with experience in construction supervision to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. We seek passionate professionals with the following profile: **Superintendent** **Position Objective:** Supervise and coordinate all personnel responsible for project execution to meet the construction schedule in terms of time, quality, cost, and safety standards. Primary responsibility for on-site execution regarding time and quality. In charge of construction planning. **Main Functions and Activities:** * Supervise and coordinate all personnel responsible for project execution to meet the construction schedule in terms of time and quality. * Responsible for construction planning; must proactively anticipate the project’s overall and activity-specific needs. * Owner and administrator of the construction schedule—the primary working tool (MS Project or Primavera required). * Must contribute to the project’s economic success by adopting a fully preventive—not corrective—approach. * Primary responsible for physical execution of the project and for taking necessary actions to ensure personnel safety throughout the project. * Must be proactive and support any activity that accelerates project progress. **Requirements:** * Architecture / Civil Engineering * Degree holder and/or Professional License * Driver’s license * English proficiency at 60% (desirable) * \+5 years in similar positions **Competencies and Skills:** * Learning agility * Problem solving * Empathy * Quality orientation * Decision making * Effective communication **Knowledge:** * Supervision of construction execution across all disciplines: Earthworks, Civil Works, Structural Works, Cladding, Installations... * Microsoft Office Suite * MS Project **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expenses Insurance and Life Insurance after one year of service * Savings Fund Work Location: Ecatepec, State of Mexico Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) \- Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM Apply through this channel; if your profile matches our requirements, we will contact you.
