Minimum 2 years’ experience as a high-end condominium administrator or similar role. Knowledge required includes: * Legislation and regulations applicable to condominiums in Mexico. * Management of legal and administrative documentation * Planning of general assemblies * Supervision of maintenance and services * Economic resource administration * Condominium financial statement reporting * Vendor relations and procurement * Supervision of internal civil protection program * Compliance with requests from competent authorities * Personnel management Work Schedule: Coapa, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays 9:00 AM–1:00 PM We Offer: Salary range based on experience and competencies: 25k–28k; statutory benefits; direct employment contract; job stability; growth opportunities; continuous training.
