We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Post open positions on various recruitment platforms * Conduct initial interviews and assess communication skills * Schedule interviews with other members of the company team * Implement strategies to attract candidates * Timely delivery of documentation **Requirements:** Previous experience in recruitment (minimum 6 months). Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, administration, or related field (incomplete, intern, or completed). Organized, sense of urgency, and committed. **We Offer:** Base salary starting at $10,000 gross (negotiable based on experience).
