




A prominent company in the **oil industry** is seeking experienced personnel for the following position due to expansion: **GENERAL ADMINISTRATOR** **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil sector. **Skills** * Analytical * Responsible * Highly organized * Process-oriented * Strong verbal communication skills * Proactive **Responsibilities** * Management and oversight of banking procedures. * Issuance and control of checks. * Management and control of cash flow. * Preparation of income statements and financial projections. * Preparation of administrative and accounting reports. * Preparation and safekeeping of invoices. * Control of income and expenses. * Oversight of the Human Resources department. * Responsibility for tracking, controlling, and documenting daily expenses with corresponding supporting documentation. * Management and control of petty cash, including all supporting documentation. * Daily supervision of bank balances versus DMS income and expenses. * Asset control. * Management and control of internal and external loans. * Supervision of payroll preparation and disbursement. * Management and administration of **supplier and subcontractor contracts**. * Handling government authority and regulatory body requests and audits. * Coordination of compliance with tax and fiscal obligations (taxes, filings). **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * General Administrator: 5 years (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
