




Important company, specialized in providing industrial cafeteria services, is seeking: **BILLING ANALYST** **WORK LOCATION**: 5 minutes from Perisur shopping center **Objective:** Ensure the correct issuance, control, and follow-up of the company's invoices, guaranteeing data accuracy, compliance with accounting and financial policies, and timely attention to internal and external customers. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Review, prepare, and issue invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. * Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring customer payments are made on time. * Handle and resolve inquiries or issues related to billing. * Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes by communicating with involved departments and customers. * Maintain updated records and accurate, complete billing reports. * Collaborate with accounting and finance departments in preparing periodic reports and analyses. * Support complementary accounting tasks when necessary. * Ensure compliance with current regulations and internal policies regarding accounting and taxation. * Provide efficient and courteous service to clients and other stakeholders. * Participate in the opening of new operational units, ensuring proper billing process oversight. ### **Requirements** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years in billing, accounting, or related administrative areas. * Solid knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial principles. * Intermediate proficiency in electronic billing tools and Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary of **$12,000 to $15,000 Net (commensurate with experience)** * Schedule: Monday to Friday from **8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** * Work mode: On-site * Free cafeteria service (lunch and breakfast) * Statutory benefits **Responsibilities:** * Commercial Management * Identify and prospect new clients within the industrial cafeteria sector. * Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and executive presentations. * Follow up on tenders, agreements, and client contracts. * Support negotiation and closing of commercial agreements. * Keep customer databases, contacts, and opportunities updated. **Interested?** Schedule your appointment and apply through the following method.
