




Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting or administration professional with experience in the automotive sector to manage financial and accounting operations, including invoicing and reconciliations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in general accounting and financial operations management 2. Management of invoicing, credit notes, and bank reconciliations 3. Opportunity in the automotive industry with Total Dealer Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (intern or graduate) Minimum 2 years of experience Full-time, on-site, Monday to Saturday Main Responsibilities: * Preparation and control of invoices and credit notes, * CFDI for advances, payment complements, * Entry of income, expense, and journal vouchers, * Bank reconciliations, * Payroll-related incidents, * Cash register closing administration Experience with Total Dealer is a plus. **Required Experience:** * General accounting * Experience in motorcycles or the automotive industry * Cash register closing and cash handling * Recording of accounting vouchers, preparation of bank reconciliations. * Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) **COMPETENCIES:** * Analytical ability * Organization Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Experience: * General accounting: 1 year (Mandatory) * Automotive industry: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
