**Subdivision Administrator** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. * Three-month probationary period * Statutory benefits * 15,000 pesos * Age 30 or older Responsibilities \- Activate resident tags \- Maintain control and database of vehicle tags \- Manage pedestrian tags \- Oversee moving activities \- Collect maintenance fees \- Send official notices \- Coordinate with the municipality regarding subdivision events \- Issue payment receipts for maintenance fees \- Supervise maintenance service providers \- Coordinate general maintenance activities for the subdivision \- Enforce the subdivision’s regulations Position type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Work location: In-person employment
