Work for a company committed to excellence and professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Manage onboarding documentation for new employees. * Analyze and organize candidate information. * Experience handling databases (Intermediate Excel skills: data cross-referencing, data extraction, concatenation, information updates) * Cross-referencing across multiple databases * Proficiency with pivot tables and data concatenation * Tracking employee hires and terminations * File management * Preparation of reports for management * Participation in audits **Requirements:** * Prior experience in administration or human resources. * Knowledge of data management tools (Excel test administered during the first interview). * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Strong communication skills and attention to detail. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (including 1.5 hours for meals) Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, including break time. **Benefits:** * Salary based on experience: $10,000 to $12,000 gross monthly (paid biweekly) * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) * Superior benefits (Life insurance, psychological counseling, telephonic medical and nutritional guidance, national assistance services, ambulance service, pet assistance, and many more) **WORK LOCATION**: 5 minutes from UNAM’s graduate school, Perisur trolleybus stop.
