**TELENET DE MÉXICO** is seeking a **SHE Specialist / Safety, Hygiene, and Environment**, responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and the proper implementation of safety programs at construction sites and special facilities. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations at work fronts. * Prepare, update, and organize safety files per project. * Implement safety inductions and internal procedures. * Conduct site inspections, internal audits, and incident reports. * Manage work permits, personal protective equipment (PPE), checklists, and mandatory documentation. * Ensure compliance with applicable NOM–STPS standards and corporate policies. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in construction projects, special facilities, or industrial projects. * Knowledge of **NOM–STPS** regulations and safety programs. * Proficiency in handling documentation, safety files, and evidence. * Ability to coordinate, train, and follow up with operational teams. * Willingness to travel between work fronts.
