The objective of this position is to promote the physical well-being of our clients through personalized medical care, preventive approaches, and health education. Key responsibilities include: * Video consultations (VC) for prevention (welcome) and necessary follow-ups. * In-person consultations and follow-ups (on-demand, during working hours). * Updating and maintaining medical records. * Supporting the assessment of medical necessity for prescriptions issued by other physicians. * Delivering health education workshops and/or webinars. * Providing on-demand medical advice for client medical cases (e.g., POE, critical cases, etc.). * Managing and coordinating procedures with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). Minimum one year of experience providing medical consultations, medical advice, or emergency care. Full-time position.
