What will be your mission? To guarantee efficient product supply, maximizing working capital, ensuring healthy margins, and negotiating key commercial terms with manufacturers and wholesalers. What will be your responsibilities? * Ensure optimal inventory levels at the lowest possible cost. * Negotiate availability, promotions, and offers with strategic suppliers. * Design and execute business plans (e-commerce, Marketplace, and B2B). * Generate additional income through bonuses, media plans, and growth agreements. * Supervise and ensure the integrity of the product catalog. * Evaluate and improve the margin of offered products. * Manage inventory adjustments and monitor key performance indicators. What will be your key KPIs? * Purchase margin vs. weighted average price (WAP). * Inventory days and supplier days. * Service level. * Availability and overstock. What do you need to join the challenge? * Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement and supply chain, including team leadership. * Strong negotiation skills with suppliers, inventory control, and business plan design (preferably in pharmacy). * High analytical ability, strategic vision, and data-driven decision making. * Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory).
