Job Mission: Effectively manage TAT channel sales points within the assigned area, fostering long-term customer relationships and ensuring high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: Ensure achievement of sales and transaction targets. Prospect and onboard strategic sales points (“smart onboarding”). Thoroughly understand products and processes to ensure their proper placement at assigned locations. Deliver exceptional service, promoting long-term customer loyalty. Actively participate in meetings and performance review committees. Key Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in sales, negotiation, and customer service. Technical Knowledge: Commercial and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). CRM usage and portfolio management. Customer orientation, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
