Additionally, the role will involve interacting with retail customers such as SORIANA, Wal\-Mart, Liverpool, Sears, and others to coordinate invoicing and timely payments. **Key Responsibilities and Functions:** * Execute effective collection of the customer portfolio, ensuring timely payment fulfillment. * Generate reconciliation reports to ensure accuracy of financial records and negotiate with customers to resolve discrepancies. * Manage and monitor the customer portfolio, identifying and acting upon delinquent accounts. * Prepare and request account statements from customers to maintain transparency in financial transactions. * Monitor credit lines and ensure proper documentation to guarantee timely collections. * Manage retail customer portals—including SORIANA, Wal\-Mart, Liverpool, and Sears—to coordinate invoicing and payment for services rendered. * Recover overdue receivables and manage clarifications with customers to resolve any payment disputes. * Process returns, prepare payment supplements, and request credit notes as needed. * Analyze fixed discounts and promotions applied to financial transactions and ensure their accuracy. * Apply customer payments received and manage collections effectively through various communication channels. **Position Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. * Prior experience in credit and collections roles, preferably within the retail sector. * Strong analytical ability. * Solid knowledge of collections and customer negotiation processes. * Ability to prepare collections-related reports and perform account reconciliations. * Capability to effectively manage and recover overdue receivables. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. **Benefits:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Support for continuous professional development (educational scholarships). * Ongoing training and growth opportunities. * Employee discount on Tramontina products. * Discounts and preferential pricing through commercial partnerships. * Medical leave, maternity, paternity, pregnancy, and lactation leave. * Free parking. * Major medical expense insurance. * Complimentary uniforms. **Location:** Corporate office, Huixquilucan, Mexico. **Work Modality:** On-site. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. **Salary:** $11,000\.00 to $13,000\.00 per month.
