About the Role: **Develop and implement end-to-end ADerogyl brand strategies and execution plans to increase penetration and gain market share in the immunity vitamins segment.** Responsibilities: * Conduct market analysis and monitor brand performance to implement improvements to strategies/action plans * Analyze and manage the brand’s financial budget (A&P management) * Analyze and manage the brand’s profit & loss statement (P&L management), focusing on product margin and profitability * Develop and execute communication campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams within Opella as well as external agencies (creative, communications, market insights, etc.) * Develop and execute brand activation materials across a 360° ecosystem (Media: TV / Digital; Point-of-Sale / Shopper; Influencers; etc.) * Lead the brand’s innovation strategy jointly with regional teams, as well as plans for launching new products About the Ideal Candidate: * Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in marketing, with strong numerical and analytical skills * Proven experience independently managing brands with full budget responsibility * Experience conducting market audits (Nielsen/IQVIA) * Familiarity with digital metrics (VTR, CTR, ROAS, reach, views, etc.) * Advanced conversational English and advanced Excel proficiency for business use * Preferred: Experience with product launches/innovations; experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods or OTC industry; background in commercial roles *What We Offer:* Competitive salary, benefits exceeding statutory requirements, direct employment with Opella, and comprehensive packages ensuring your health and work-life quality. *Why Us?* At Opella, you’ll enjoy challenging, purpose-driven work—developing consumer brands with passion and creativity.
