





FUNDACIÓN FRATERNIDAD SIN FRONTERAS I.A.P. INVITES YOU TO JOIN OUR WORK TEAM AS "GENERAL NURSE". With the following responsibilities: 1\. Receive shift reports according to established procedures, ensuring a complete report on each resident's status during the day. Ensure residents are handed over timely and properly. 2\. Receive and verify medical equipment, checking it is complete and noting the condition in which it was received. 3\. Control and administer medications to each resident, including subsequent doses, preparing individual envelopes to facilitate administration. 4\. Bathing residents and providing continuous personal hygiene care. 5\. Assist in the dining room during breakfast and lunch, helping those who need support with feeding. 6\. Accompany residents to hospitals for routine visits or emergencies. 7\. Provide emotional containment for residents during crisis moments. 8\. Coordinate and carry out all duties involved in resident care. 9\. Respond and coordinate with the on-duty doctor in case of medical emergencies, including hospital transfers. 10\. Prepare logbook entries, recording all events during the shift for each resident to hand over the shift. 11\. Apply sutures and perform wound dressings for residents in case of minor incidents. 12\. Check vital signs, measure blood glucose levels for residents, and keep records as per medical instructions for each individual. 13\. Maintain control of kardex and medical records for each resident. 14\. Direct coordination and communication with the responsible doctor regarding resident monitoring, both for regular treatment and management, prescriptions, and treatments for transient illnesses such as cough, flu, etc. **A. JOB KNOWLEDGE** General and basic knowledge of General Nursing. Medication administration. Suturing and wound dressing application. Vital signs monitoring. Medical equipment handling. Experience in managing and interacting with people with disabilities or residents in shelters. **B. JOB COMPETENCIES** Discipline, order, self-confidence in handling emergency situations. Tolerance.
