Main Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the work team. * Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures. * Manage inventory, orders, and shrinkage control. * Ensure proper product display (planograms/points of sale). * Address and resolve incidents in the sales area. * Report results and needs to management.
