




Client: Our client is a U.S.\-based biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing and commercializing innovative therapies for central nervous system (CNS) disorders with limited treatment options. Their work spans research, clinical development, and delivery of treatments for conditions such as major depressive disorder, migraine, narcolepsy, and other neurological and psychiatric conditions. * Position overview: We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to support and enhance the client’s email marketing and automation initiatives. This role involves hands\-on SFMC development, automation, and platform support, ensuring reliable execution of ongoing campaigns while contributing to new marketing automation projects. * This role requires availability until 1:00 PM EST to ensure sufficient overlap with the U.S.\-based client’s team. * Responsibilities: Support ongoing email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including creation, testing, and deployment of e\-blasts and automated journeys. * Build and maintain Journey Builder automations. * Develop CloudPages for survey data capture and integrate with Data Extensions. * Manage Data Extensions, including filtering, updates, and suppression logic. * Provide ongoing SFMC platform support, maintenance, and readiness for upcoming marketing initiatives. * Requirements: Strong hands\-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and CloudPages. * Solid knowledge of AMPscript and Data Extensions, with experience in building automated journeys and managing campaign\-related data. * Proven ability to support production email campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability in a fast\-paced marketing environment. * Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as part of a distributed team. * Nice to have: Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences. * Familiarity with survey\-driven campaigns and data capture via CloudPages. * Prior involvement in vendor transition or platform takeover scenarios. * Experience contributing to marketing automation initiatives beyond day\-to\-day support.
