We are seeking Call Center Executives focused on contacting prospects to schedule appointments, identify commercial opportunities, and route interested customers to our advisors. This is not cold calling: the company provides training. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Make calls to prospects. * Provide initial information about our advisory services in pensions, insurance, and financial solutions. * Identify customer needs and generate interest in our services. * Schedule appointments for sales advisors. * Record and track prospect information in the system. * Meet targets for calls, appointments, and qualified prospects. *REQUIREMENTS:* * Completed high school or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree. * Experience in call centers, telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred). * Strong verbal communication skills and effective telephone communication. * Basic computer proficiency. * Proactive attitude and results orientation. * Enjoyment of customer interaction. *WE OFFER:* * Base salary: $9,500 * Performance bonus: $1,500 * Commission-based earnings * IMSS benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CANDIDATE PROFILE: Individuals with strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and results orientation, who enjoy customer interaction and goal-driven work.
