At **Midstorage**, we are looking for a young, proactive individual with specific expertise in digital advertising (**Meta Ads**), Google Analytics, and the ability to create and edit websites on **WordPress** using Elementor. **Your main responsibilities will be:** · Creating campaigns in Meta Business (Facebook & Instagram Ads). Audience segmentation based on objectives: traffic, leads, reach, etc. · Basic campaign optimization (budgets, audiences, ads). · Review of key metrics: CPC, CTR, ROI, leads generated. · Preparing simple performance reports. · Creating new pages on WordPress using Elementor. · Updating content, images, banners, and sections. · Maintaining a clean, functional design aligned with Midstorage’s branding. · Performing basic adjustments and other related tasks within the department. **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. * Proficiency in **Meta Business and Meta Ads** (basic to intermediate level) is required. * Proficiency in **WordPress and Elementor** is required. * Knowledge of **audience segmentation, campaign objectives, and audience configuration**. * Organized, proactive, and eager to learn quickly. * Passion for digital marketing and web design. * Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or conversion tracking. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $10,000 MXN net, negotiable depending on experience. * Statutory benefits. * A young, professional, and collaborative work environment. * Immediate involvement in real-world projects. * Job stability and career growth within the marketing department. * Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * On-site position in Montebello.
