You will provide operational support for Visual Merchandising in the Wholesale–Franchise channel for Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean, ensuring correct implementation of global guidelines and optimal product presentation at point of sale, aligned with HUGO BOSS’s visual identity. **What you can expect:** * Operational and administrative support in Visual Merchandising for franchises (70% office-based), coordinated with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and regional teams. * Implementation and supervision (remote and on-site) of global VM guidelines, campaigns, and premium in-store presentation standards. * Management of materials, guidelines, props, and control of brand standards across stores. * Monitoring of visual execution via StoreIQ and timely feedback for corrective actions. * Training and ongoing support for franchise teams on processes and campaigns. * Analysis of KPIs, preparation of executive reports, and identification of commercial opportunities. **Your profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fashion, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Visual Communication, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in premium fashion, luxury, or retail. * Strong aesthetic sensibility and proficiency in layouts, window displays, storytelling, and product presentation. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign; intermediate Excel skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced English for regional and global interaction. * Organized, analytical, and creative mindset with high attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and results orientation. **What we offer you:** * A comprehensive compensation package * Flex Office * Birthday Off * Exclusive employee discounts on our products * Comprehensive wellness programs to promote your health and well-being * Continuous professional development opportunities * Life and career planning support We are an international company whose employees represent every corner of the world.
