





Supports the supervisor in managing regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and smooth operation of the area, including supervision of manufacturing, storage, and quality control processes, as well as document management and audit handling. Key responsibilities include inventory management, implementation of sanitary best practices, and documentation required for product release. Main Responsibilities: * **Regulatory and Compliance Support:** Assist the sanitary supervisor in implementing and monitoring current health regulations and standards (such as Good Manufacturing Practices and compliance with NOMs). * **Quality Control:** Help verify adherence to quality control procedures, manufacturing processes, and proper equipment calibration. * **Inventory Management:** Collaborate in inventory control, including handling controlled substances, and ensure appropriate storage conditions are maintained. * **Documentation and Records:** Support the creation and maintenance of necessary documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), production records, and quality reports. * **Audits and Inspections:** Participate in preparing for and responding to internal and external health inspections. * **Deviation Investigations:** Assist in investigating out-of-specification product results and implementing necessary corrective actions. Required Skills and Knowledge: * **Competencies:** Sense of responsibility, organization, honesty, and teamwork ability. * **Technical Knowledge:** Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Good Storage and Distribution Practices. * **Regulatory Knowledge:** Familiarity with applicable health legislation, such as the General Health Law (LGS) and Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) related to pharmaceutical products.
