Position Summary: We seek a human-centered leader with a social vocation and managerial capacity to oversee the comprehensive operation of Casa Buen Señor, ensuring the well-being of children, adolescents, and youth (NNAJ). At Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos México, we are looking for a person with human leadership, social vocation, and managerial capacity to lead the comprehensive operation of Casa Buen Señor, guaranteeing the well-being, protection, and holistic development of girls, boys, adolescents, and young people. The position requires a person with high human sensitivity, firmness in decision-making, and experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams—capable of leading institutional, operational, and formative processes within a social assistance setting. Position Objective To direct and coordinate the overall operation of Casa Buen Señor, promoting a safe, organized, and formative environment for NNAJ while ensuring compliance with institutional objectives, safeguarding policies, and the proper administrative, operational, and human functioning of the house. Main Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the house’s operational, educational, medical, and residential areas. * Coordinate and develop staff under supervision, promoting ethical leadership and teamwork. * Ensure compliance with institutional policies, safeguarding protocols, and applicable regulations. * Supervise the physical, emotional, academic, and behavioral well-being of NNAJ. * Coordinate interdepartmental strategies with Social Work, Psychology, Human Resources, medical, and educational departments. * Manage human, material, and financial resources transparently and efficiently. * Prepare and monitor budgets, indicators, reports, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Represent Casa Buen Señor institutionally before authorities, donors, and external organizations. * Address critical situations, emergencies, and high-impact institutional decision-making. * Supervise facilities, maintenance, security, hygiene, and overall house operations. Education * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Work, or related fields. Experience * Minimum 3 years in coordination, directorship, or institutional leadership roles. * Preferred experience in educational institutions, social assistance, group homes, or charitable organizations. Knowledge * Personnel management and organizational leadership. * Budget administration and control. * Rights of children, adolescents, and youth. * Organizational development and conflict management. * Labor legislation and continuous improvement systems. * Protection and safeguarding protocols.
