Collaboration with various departments of the company **Vacancy: Operations and Management Assistant** **Job Objective:** Provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to Management and various departments of the company, ensuring proper process tracking, information control, and staff support for effective daily operations. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in administrative, coordination, or assistant roles. * Professional appearance and flexible working hours. **Required Knowledge** * General administration * Basic Human Resources processes * Excel proficiency (basic–intermediate level) * File and documentation management * Email and administrative tool usage **Skills and Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Responsibility and handling of confidential information * Clear communication and courteous interpersonal skills * Ability to support multiple departments within the company * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Teamwork * Ability to track pending tasks and agreements **Main Responsibilities** **Administrative and Operational** * Support in managing and archiving physical and digital documentation. * Preparation and follow-up of administrative reports. * Liaising with suppliers and supporting internal procedures. * Managing and purchasing office supplies. * Supporting invoice processing, purchase requisitions, and payment tracking. * Providing general support to various departments to ensure smooth operational functioning. **Management Support** * Assisting in meeting organization and agreement follow-up. * Tracking and following up on interdepartmental pending items. * Preparing reports and providing administrative support to Management. **Human Resources** * Supporting recruitment processes (posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews). * Maintaining and managing employee files. * Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and internal employee transfers. * Tracking attendance-related incidents (arrivals, late arrivals, leave requests). * Distributing personal protective equipment and managing inventory control. **We Offer** * Base salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Work location: Interlomas.
