Job Summary: The Installation Draftsperson will support the projects department in developing and graphically representing installation proposals and construction details. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative environment and professional development The **Installation Draftsperson** will be responsible for supporting the projects department in developing and graphically representing installation proposals (hydraulic, sanitary, electrical) and construction details. They will participate in preparing design proposals and accompany the projects department. **Academic Qualifications:** * Technician or intern in: * Engineering (Civil, Electromechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, or related fields) * Architecture **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of technical installation drawings. * Development of construction details, technical diagrams, and functional diagrams. * Support in generating design proposals in coordination with the projects department. * Review and updating of drawings according to project changes and construction progress tracking. * Organization and management of digital drawing files. * Support in material quantity takeoffs. **Technical Knowledge:** * Software proficiency: * AutoCAD (mandatory) * Revit (preferred) * Microsoft Office suite * Interpretation of engineering drawings * Basic knowledge of applicable regulations (installations and construction) * Installation design criteria (routing, calculation, basic sizing, symbology) **Personal Attributes:** * Proactivity * Responsibility * Willingness to learn * Focus on quality and accuracy **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in interdisciplinary coordination (architecture–installations) * Basic ability to read calculation reports **We Offer:** * Growth opportunity within the projects department. * Participation in both **project development and construction phases of various scales**. * A collaborative environment with a focus on professional development.
